SRS services include:
- consulting and operational support for probability sampling;
- questionnaire development and testing (including cognitive interviewing, focus groups, pre-tests, and other tools);
- data collection via web, mail, observation, telephone/SMS, web and in-person focus groups and interviews;
- observational behavior coding of live or recorded interactions;
